I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location, right next to a subway station, was so convenient for exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I also appreciated the range of amenities such as the in-room safe, air conditioning, and mini-bar. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and I will definitely be coming back next time.

Services where good, no complains at all. Superb base for a city break in Tianjin! We loved it. Not far from the airport, 12 miles.

The bed was very comfortable and the rooms were clean. the staff was very helpful and friendly. the buffet breakfast had a variety of options and was delicious. the hotel was located close to many restaurants and shopping areas, making it a great location for exploring the city.
The Wi-Fi in the rooms was very slow and inconsistent. some of the rooms faced a noisy street, which made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel has a great location, just one Metro Station from Tianjin West Railway Station. The staff was friendly and the room was clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel met the standards of a Holiday Inn, which I am accustomed to. I will definitely come back next time.

the location is convenient as it is close to a subway station. There is a mall attached to the hotel that offers a good variety of food options, which is nice.
The room was not up to my expectations. the air conditioning was not functioning properly and the room was quite warm.

Located near tourist spots and shopping centers, the hotel offers a wide range of food choices for breakfast. Their rooms are clean and have excellent tea and coffee-making facilities.
The staff needs to improve their communication skills in English. The room's windows were poorly insulated and the noise level was higher as the space between the windows and frames couldn't stop the cold air from leaking inside.
